Delivery Disaster — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Delivery Disaster ("the game") is published by NC ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects, why, and how to remove it.
What we collect
| Data | Why | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| A display name you choose | Shown to rivals in the lobby, in match results and on the leaderboard | Firebase Realtime Database (users/{uid}) |
| A country flag you choose (optional) | Shown next to your name to rivals and on the leaderboard | Firebase Realtime Database |
| Google account identifier (Firebase user ID) and, if you sign in with Google, the email attached to that account | To keep your progress on your account across devices and reinstalls | Firebase Authentication |
| Game progress: gold, crystals, tickets, XP/level, unlocked skins and effects, route stars, wins/losses, high score, missions and daily rewards | Progression and the leaderboard | Firebase Realtime Database |
| Friend code, friends list, friend requests and match invites | The friends feature | Firebase Realtime Database |
| Match data while a match is running (positions, scores, parcels) | To play an online match against another player | Firebase Realtime Database and, when possible, a direct peer-to-peer WebRTC connection between the two players. This data is transient and deleted when the room closes |
| A rough network latency measurement | To pair random opponents with similar connections and pick the better-connected host | Firebase Realtime Database, deleted when you leave the queue |
| Advertising identifier and ad-interaction data | To show optional rewarded video ads (for example to double a match payout, take an extra daily spin or swap a mission) via Google AdMob | Processed by Google (AdMob) under Google's privacy policy; not stored by us |
| In-app purchases: the product bought, the Google Play purchase token and whether it was delivered | To deliver crystals and the starter pack you buy, once, and to restore them if the app closes mid-purchase | Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card or payment details. The purchase record is kept with your account in Firebase |
| App usage analytics: screens viewed, matches played and their results, feature use (e.g. shop, daily reward, settings), session length, app version, device model, OS version, country (from IP, not stored) and an app-instance identifier | To understand how the game is played, find bugs and improve balance and features | Google Analytics for Firebase, under Google's privacy policy. Retained for up to 14 months. Not sold and not used to personalise ads |
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or anything from other apps. The game offers optional in-app purchases (crystals and a starter pack) through Google Play. Purchases are never required to play.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device (for example when your daily spin is ready or after a few days away). They are created on the device, contain no personal data, and you can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
Advertising
The game offers optional rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. You are never required to watch one. In regions where the law requires it, a consent form is shown before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options. Google's handling of ad data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Ads are not personalised for users who decline consent.
Analytics
The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to record anonymous usage events (for example "match finished" or "opened the shop") and how long sessions last. If you sign in, events are linked to your game account ID so we can see how progress develops, but never to your name or email. See policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Deleting your data (below) removes your account ID from our systems; analytics records then remain only in anonymous form.
Guest play
You can play as a guest without a Google account. Guest progress is tied to an anonymous account on that device; if you later sign in with Google on the same device, that progress is linked to your Google account.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Deleting your data
In the game: Account → Delete my data. This removes your profile, progress, friends and leaderboard entries from our servers, deletes your sign-in record, and clears the game's data on the device. It cannot be undone.
You can also email the address below with your display name or friend code.
